| Part 6 | Life's Satisfactions |
 |
 |
 |
| This section of the Context Report relies on information gathered
from members completing the Congregational Survey on their degree of satisfaction with a
broad range of life issues. Divergence here is based on the ideal being that everyone
would respond more satisfied. High divergence on an item means that members
are less satisfied with this area of their life. Low divergence would indicate a higher
degree of satisfaction and convergence would mean they were very satisfied. |
| Personal Bible study and prayer is the 5th gap theme
and 81% of those completing the survey rated this area. It has Moderate Divergence and
looking to the graph on the left you will see that the arrow indicates that the response
is almost in the middle between less satisfied and more satisfied. |
| What implications does this have for programming in this
congregation? What are ways this church might help its members in developing more
satisfying personal devotional and prayer lives? |
